What Tallywren does

Tallywren helps turn rough shift notes into structured, goal-linked NDIS note and report drafts. It is a drafting and review tool, not a replacement for your professional judgement, provider systems, or required records.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is not clinical advice, legal advice, or compliance advice. You must review every draft, edit it where needed, check it against the source information, and approve it yourself before treating it as a record or using it elsewhere.

Your authority and participant information

You may only use Tallywren to enter participant information when you have the authority to do so and have obtained any participant consent or other permission required for your work. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of the information you enter and the records you approve.

Do not enter another person's information without a proper work purpose and permission. Follow your organisation's policies and applicable Australian privacy, health-information, and NDIS requirements.

Acceptable use

You must not use Tallywren to:

• break the law, breach a duty of confidentiality, or misuse participant information;
• access another person's account or records without permission;
• upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or test its security without authorisation;
• treat an AI draft as a final record without the required human review and approval; or
• use the service in a way that puts a participant at avoidable risk.

Free pilot, no charge, and changes

Tallywren is currently offered as a free pilot. No charge is payable for use of the current pilot. This does not promise that the pilot will remain free or that a paid service will be offered on any particular terms.

The pilot and its features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, pause, limit, or end the pilot or a feature. We will not represent that every feature, output, or service will always be available or error-free.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close access where reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or address a security or operational risk. You may stop using the pilot at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tallywren is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on an unreviewed draft, inaccurate input, or an AI output. You remain responsible for checking and approving your records and for keeping any copies you are required to keep.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, remedy, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable Australian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria, Australia have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
